This Learner Guide explains how to identify situations in which personal work performance may be improved and, from there, how to establish research objectives and plan information gathering activities. It outlines the process of gathering information using a systematic approach and how to establish its relevance. The material then explains how to analyse information and document findings, before describing how to use the information in practice.
